- Add the onions, carrots, peppers and pak choi stalks to the pan and keep stirring for 3 minutes.
- Add the egg noodles and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add the mangetout and pak choi leaves to the pan for another 2 minutes.
- Add the hoisin and stir completely for 1 minute.
- Serve.
